Resource & Development

At CTM Group, our research and development team works closely with our marketing specialists to create innovative product designs inspired by seasonal themes and emerging décor trends. From seasonal décor and outdoor accessories to giftware, our dedicated in-house design team develops custom product designs that meet each customer’s specifications, brand identity, and market needs.

Our experienced sourcing team continually identifies quality materials and reliable suppliers to deliver cost-effective product sourcing. By combining creative design, responsive development, and competitive pricing, CTM helps retailers and distributors bring distinctive products to market while maintaining the quality their customers expect.

Quality Assurance & Control

CTM Group’s dedicated quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams monitor every order to help ensure consistent product quality and adherence to customer specifications. Every order requires approved pre-production samples before mass production begins. Our quality control process includes regular factory production line checks, inspections during mass production, and final inspections.

Factory audits, product testing, and third-party inspections are also available upon request to support your product sourcing and supply chain requirements. Depending on customer needs, we can coordinate with testing and inspection organizations including Bureau Veritas (BV), Consumer Testing Laboratories (CTL), Intertek (ITS), SGS, CSA, and UL.
